BTC has 3 stages of end-face inspection during their manufacturing process (100%)

    • 400X Videoscopic Inspection after polishing.
      • Make sure that Fiber & Ferrule endface is 100% free of Scratches and pits
    • 400X Videoscopic Checking before Insertion Loss/ BR Testing.
      • Make sure that no damage is causes during connector mating
    • 100X Videoscopic Final Inspection
      • All the ferrule surface and fiber surface is checked
